Plastic Forward
Plastic Forward is a collection program for hard and soft plastics from every household within the community of Pacifico in an effort to reduce plastic waste in our oceans and landfills.
How It Works
First, we collect all of the plastic, then weigh the hard and soft plastic to quantify the amount of plastic being collected.
The collected plastic will then be picked up by the Envrionmental care team for transport to their recycling facility.
As an incentive for participating in this initiative, the local community are rewarded with rice in exchange for their efforts in collecting plastic.
